Comparison of Miracle Fog Technology vs. Conventional Spraying *1
As an example, conventional air spraying technologies atomize liquid by shearing it (tearing it apart) with an airflow parallel to the liquid stream.
In contrast, Miracle Fog Technology atomizes liquid by crushing it (miniaturizing it) between two opposing airflows aimed at the liquid stream, allowing for atomization with less air (low gas-liquid ratio) compared to conventional methods.
By combining this principle with our additional atomization-enhancing technologies, it becomes possible to achieve an average particle size (SMD) of less than 3 μm.
Furthermore, it facilitates the spraying of viscous liquids, which has been difficult with conventional methods.
